Abstract
As the global business landscape grows, issues related to managers’ deviant workplace behaviour remain a major concern that needs intervening and alleviation. Consequently, deviant workplace behaviour by managers has been identified as a major concern in most manufacturing companies in Maseru, Lesotho. This paper established that deviant workplace behaviour of managers affects employees in the orgarnisations that they lead. The findings in this study reveal significant correlations between supervisory unethical behaviour and negative employee outcomes, such as decreased job satisfaction and increased turnover intention. The research highlights the importance of ethical leadership and provides recommendations for organizational policy reforms to mitigate unethical practices. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics between supervisory conduct and employee well-being.
