Determinant of Psychological Ownership and Its Impact on Employee Performance: Study in PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch

Abstract: This study is to find out the Determinant of Psychological Ownership and Its Impact on Employee Performance. The object is PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch, and respondent is its employee. This research is conducted at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch. All employees of the PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch with a total of 151 employees are the population and sample in this study. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results figures that transformational leadership effects psychological ownership significantly, Employee engagement effects the psychological ownership significantly, Organizational justice effects on the psychological ownership of employees significantly, transformational leadership effects employees performance significantly, employee engagement effects employee performance significantly, organizational justice effects employee performance significantly, psychological ownership effects employee performance significantly, transformational leadership effects employee performance through psychological ownership as a mediation, employee engagement effects employee performance through psychological ownership as a mediation, organizational justice effects employee performance through psychological ownership as a mediation. These all findings prove the previous theories about the causality among variables. This contributes to the realm of science that upgrade the old theories to be the new premises. The novelty resides in the model development that combines the causality theories from the previous, and with the new object. The limitation lies in the amount of variables and the only one object.
