Some Legal Issues Related To Family Violation in Vietnam: Facts and Solutions

Abstract

The family violation exists a long time ago until now not only in Vietnam but also many countries around the world. The authorities try to prevent and combat this problem via enacting legal documents and implementing many legal measures. In this article, the author will analyze the facts of family violations in Vietnam and recommend solutions to solve it.
