The analysis techniques in this research were data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. The purpose of this study is of course to find out how the Darul Qur’an Islamic boarding school uses WhatsApp media in facilitating the learning process or the students’ process of Qur’an memorization. The conclusion of the research is that it is still effective to use WhatsApp video call media since almost all of the students’ parents have and use the application. In addition, WhatsApp has the advantages, namely its interface or menu is simple and it is also considered cheaper in internate data usage.
